We employ research team coordinators, research team recruiters and research team clinical data associates at our Phase I clinic located in Austin, Texas. We are looking for college graduates who want to learn the clinical research process from the ground up. A degree in a health-related field is preferred.   • Research team members play a vital role in meeting our commitment to our clients. They are responsible for:

  • Recruiting healthy volunteers to participate in studies, assuring all protocol requirements are met

  • Overseeing the conduct of the studies, acting as a liaison between all departments and support staff to assure protocol and safety requirements are met

  • Assuring that data collection is clean, accurate and meets client requirements.

  • Responding to company, client and federal regulatory requirements/audits

  • Mentoring new members and sharing ideas and suggestions with team members

  • Research Team Recruiter

    • The recruiter assures that our Phase I studies are filled by qualified volunteers meeting protocol requirements.

  • Research Team Clinical Data Associate

    • The clinical data associate (CDA) assures that all study data required by the client are collected accurately and are organized for presentation to the client during client audits and at the end of the study.

  • Research Team Coordinator

    • The coordinator oversees the conduct of the studies, acting as a liaison between all departments and support staff, to assure protocol and safety requirements are met and assuring that study volunteers comply with study and PPD rules/regulations while making their experiences positive ones.
