Inclusion at PPD

Business Resource Groups (BRGs) help us support a diverse workforce and welcoming culture. They encourage cross-functional collaboration, create another avenue to learn and grow in the workplace and help us increase authenticity. It is through these efforts that we contribute to innovation and make a business impact.

Black Organization for Leadership Development

The Black Organization for Leadership Development (BOLD) encourages and provides Black colleagues and allies with an engaging, collaborative and informational forum while providing an empowering environment that focuses on promoting career advancement and professional and personal development.

I have personally been enriched by mentoring and supporting the development pathways of fellow BOLD members through planned events and ad hoc connections. Pride’s purpose is to connect LGBT+ colleagues and allies to create a safe, inclusive and supportive network bringing education, visibility and awareness to our communities.

"A lot of the work I do with the Middleton Pride BRG is about making life at PPD easier and more inclusive for all of the trans people who work here at PPD. That’s what spurred me to join back when the group formed last year. Being part of the Pride BRG has opened up a lot of room for dialogue with people about how they can be better allies and provided me with an avenue to spearhead queer education here at PPD."

Women's Empowerment Network

The Women’s Empowerment Network (WEN) provides an inclusive support network that advances and advocates for the empowerment of women.

"I co-lead the India chapter of Women’s Empowerment Network. It excites me to be a part of this enthusiastic team, which encourages and motivates women to develop and achieve higher success in the workplace. Through regular meetings and talks with experienced leaders, WEN has given us a platform to network with women across the globe.
