As a project manager with PPD, you are a critical key to our success. You will be responsible for the overall management of clinical trials from start up through close out activities to ensure timelines and quality deliverables are met. Key functions of this position include acting as the primary liaison with the client, coordination of internal cross functional teams, vendor management and budget and timeline management. PPD works with many sponsors including biotech and pharma, and supports a variety of therapeutic indications. As a clinical team manager (CTM), collaborate with your clinical team and other departments to confidently manage the clinical deliverables and to ensure all operational and quality aspects of the assigned studies are in compliance with the study protocol and International Conference on Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP). You will act as a study manager and collaborate with clinical monitoring teams and other departments on international basis. In this role, you will also lead and motivate team members, find opportunities and establish an efficient course of action. While providing support to the project client on all clinical aspects, you can compare data from various sources to draw conclusions and choose a course of action or develop new solutions.
