• The Purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of a single oral dose of the study drug in fasted healthy adult subjects.
• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for agitation associated with Alzheimer’s disease.
• Healthy volunteers without Alzheimer’s disease are needed at this stage of research.
• This is a research study and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician
• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 8 nights and return for 1 outpatient follow up visit
