• Must not have used nicotine- or tobacco-containing products in the 3 months prior to check-in. 

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician. 

• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for two separate 4 night stays, for a total of 8 nights in-house and return for 5 outpatient follow up visits. 

• The study’s purpose is to test the safety and tolerability of a study drug at two dosage amounts in healthy adults. 

• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for acromegaly and carcinoid syndrome. 

• Healthy volunteers without acromegaly and carcinoid syndrome are needed at this stage of research. 

• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
