• No tobacco- or nicotine-containing product use within 90 days of screening; must be willing to abstain from these products for the duration of the study. 

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 
• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 29 nights. 

• The study’s purpose is to test the absorption and the body’s ability to use the study drug in two formulations. 

• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for Friedrich’s Ataxia (FA). 

• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
