• Healthy Volunteers

• 18 to 60 years old 

• Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18-32 kg/m2[bmi calculator text=”Calculate BMI”]

• Must not have used tobacco- or nicotine-containing products 90 days prior to screening. 

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 

• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 8 nights, return for 7 outpatient follow-up visits, and participate in 1 post-study phone call. 

• The study’s purpose is to learn how the body processes the study drug, how much of it gets into the system, how the body’s immune system responds, and to assess its safety and tolerability. 

• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for Crohn’s Disease. 

• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
