Make a Difference in Healthcare

• Healthy Volunteers

• 18 to 65 years old 

• Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18 to 32 kg/m2 

• Must not have used any tobacco or nicotine-containing products in the 90 days before check-in 

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 

• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 12 nights (12 total nights/4 separate 3-night stays) and return for 13 outpatient follow up visits plus have 1 final phone call 

• The purpose of this study is to compare the amount of study drug that is absorbed by the body into the blood stream when administered as one table versus two tablets. 

• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for ACTH (pituitary gland hormone) diseases. 

• Healthy volunteers without a disease of ACTH excess are needed at this stage of research 

• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.  

Compensation up to $15,300
