
Keven Griffith, M.D., F.C.C.P.
Keven Griffith, M.D., F.C.C.P., serves as a medical strategy leader to multidisciplinary teams within pharmacovigilance (PVG) and provides support to physicians globally. He has experience with more than 50 respiratory, cardiovascular and critical care studies. Dr. Griffith also provides medical management of serious adverse events reports and medical oversight of clinical trials to ensure compliance with company SOPs, client directives and regulatory requirements. In addition, he serves as a medical reviewer for clinical study reports and as a medical consultant to clients and team members for development of clinical trial programs.
Experience
Keven Griffith, M.D., has more than 15 years of clinical experience as a pulmonologist and critical care physician. He was formerly the medical director of the Medical Intensive Care Unit at WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina, and also served as chairman of the special care committee. He joined PPD in August 2004. While at PPD, Dr. Griffith’s focus has been in the cardiovascular and respiratory spaces.
Education
Keven Griffith, M.D., graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a biomedical engineering bachelor’s degree. He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. He completed his internal medicine and pulmonary and critical care fellowships at the University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.
