Omnia completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University and was a post-doctoral research associate at the University of Georgia. Her focus is development and validation of bioanalytical LC-MS methods for biotherapeutics and high-resolution mass spectrometry. She has 13 years of bioanalytical experience and has been with PPD Laboratories for seven years.
Omnia is an associate professor of analytical chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, at Zagazig, University in Egypt and also holds a position as a graduate affiliate professor at Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Pharmacy. Omnia is featured as a ‘Zone Leader’ and was listed in Bioanalysis Zone’s “Best of 2018: An A-Z of Bioanalytical Research.” She is a reviewer for more than 10 journals, has published more than 50 papers/posters and serves as the editor in chief of “Reviews in Separation Sciences Journal.” She presents her work on several bioanalysis topics at industry conferences including AAPS, EBF and others.
