Lactating Mothers needed for a Research Study

• The purpose of this study is to evaluate the metabolization of an investigational study drug in breast milk in healthy lactating women following a 20mg dose once daily for 4 consecutive days.  
• The study drug is approved in the United States for  erosive esophagitis (EE) and the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection in combination with antibiotics.  
• Healthy volunteers without EE/Heartburn/sGERD are needed at this stage of research 
• This is a research study and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. 

• Healthy Lactating/Breastfeeding/Nursing Mothers
• At least 18 years old 
• NA: Body Mass Index (BMI) 
• Non-Smoker/ non-user of nicotine containing products/ 6 months prior to first dose 
• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 
• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 1-night in-house, followed by 3 outpatient visits and 1 follow up phone call.
