Research Study for Healthy Volunteers 18 to 55 at PPD Austin

• The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug following single ascending doses in healthy adults.
• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment of or prevention of HIV-1 infection.
• Healthy volunteers without HIV-1 infection are needed at this stage of research.
• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.

• Non-Smoking: 6 months prior to screening.
• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician.
• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 10 nights and return for 12 outpatient follow up visits.
