Research Study for Healthy Adults 18 to 50 years old at PPD Las Vegas

• The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the study drug and how it metabolizes in volunteers with Sickle Cell Disease.
• Adults diagnosed with Sickle Cell Disease are needed at this stage of research.
• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.

• Adults Diagnosed with Sickle Cell Disease
• 18 to 50 years old
• Weight greater than 110lbs
• No nicotine use while participating in the study
• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician
• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 3 nights and return for 2 outpatient follow up visits.
