Research Study for Healthy Women 18 to 45 at PPD Austin

• The purpose of the study is to evaluate how the multiple doses of a study drug metabolize when taken with ethinyl estradiol and norethindrone. 
• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for acute decompensated heart failure. 
• Healthy volunteers without acute decompensated heart failure are needed at this stage of research. 
• This is a research study and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. 

• Healthy Adult Women
• 18 to 45 years old

• Non-Smoker/ non-user of nicotine containing products/2 moths prior to first dose
• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician
• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our Austin clinic for 16 nights and 4 follow up outpatient visits.
