Research Study for Healthy Adults 18 to 55 years old at PPD Austin

• The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of a single ascending dose of the investigational drug. 
• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment of Ulcerative colitis (UC), 
• Healthy volunteers without Ulcerative colitis (UC)   are needed at this stage of research. 
• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. 

• Healthy Volunteers
• 18 to 55 years old
• Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18 to 31 kg/m²
• No nicotine while participating in the study
• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician
• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 20-nights and return for 1 outpatient visit.
