Research Study for Healthy Adults
18 to 55 years old at PPD Las Vegas

• The purpose of this study is to determine the bioequivalence of the study drug administered via the newly developed auto injector compared to the prefilled syringe in the abdomen or thigh. 
• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD). 
• Healthy volunteers without NMOSD are needed at this stage of research. 
• This is a research study and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.

• Non-Smoker/ 6 months prior to screening 
• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 
• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 4 nights and return for 11 outpatient follow up visits
