Research Study for Healthy Volunteers 18 to 60 at PPD Austin

• The purpose of this study is to see how safe the drug is after single and multiple doses, the effect of food on the study and how the study drug interacts with other drugs.
• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for chronic kidney disease (CKD).
• Healthy volunteers without Hypertriglyceridemia are needed at this stage of research
• This is a research study and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.

• Healthy Volunteers
• 18 to 60 years old
• Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18-32 kg/m²
• Non-Smoker/ non-user of nicotine containing products/ 60 days prior to check-in
• Hormonal birth control is not allowable for this study
• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician
• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 12 nights
