New Research Study for healthy Men &
Non-childbearing Women in Austin

• The purpose of this study is to evaluate the side effects of the study drug, how long it stays in and acts in the body, and how the body reacts to the drug when given as a single ascending dose to healthy adults. 
• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for systemic autoimmune diseases. 
• Healthy volunteers without systemic autoimmune diseases are needed at this stage of research. 
• This is a research study and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. 

• Healthy Men and Non-childbearing Women
• 18 to 65 years old 
• Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18-30 kg/m2

• Non-Smoker/ non-user of nicotine containing products/6 months prior to first screening visit 
• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 
• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 7 nights and return for 1 outpatient follow up visits
