• The purpose of this study is to evaluate how food may affect a single dose of the study drug in healthy adults.
• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for HIV-1.
• Healthy volunteers without HIV-1 are needed at this stage of research.

• Non-Smoker/ non-user of nicotine containing products/6 months prior to screening
• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician
• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 7 nights and return for 3 outpatient follow up visits.
