• The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of the study drug when administered as single and repeat doses to healthy adult participants.
• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for heart disease.
• Healthy volunteers without heart disease are needed at this stage of research.
• This is a research study and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.

• Non-Smoker/ non-user of nicotine containing products
• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician
• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 4 nights and return for 1 outpatient follow up visit.
