Research Study for Healthy Adults 18 to 65 years old at PPD Orlando

• The purpose of this study is to investigate how the thyroid works when the study drug is given orally following a single or repeat dosing in healthy volunteers. 
•  The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
• Healthy volunteers without nonalcoholic fatty liver disease are needed at this stage of research.
• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.

• Non-Smoker/ non-user of nicotine containing products 
• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 
• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 16-night visits and return for 1 outpatient follow up visit
