WHEN CRAS COME TO PPD, THEY WANT TO STAY

Since joining PPD in 2001 as a CRA, traditional monitoring transformed into risk-based monitoring, periodic in-house file reviews migrated to cloud based systems, and many other industry changes have occurred. All the while, I have felt equipped to tackle these shifts. I feel being a CRA supporting sponsors in an FSP program I am continuing to develop and expand my skills while feeling appreciated and a valued member of my study teams.

Working as an FSP, we get to see both the sides from a CRA perspective and from a sponsor perspective. We get to understand the broader picture, gain wide exposure to different clinical trials, expand our therapeutic expertise to various indications, work on multiple projects and add value to both companies.
